Strong experience with Policy Administration Systems or Billing system on Duck Creek. Hands-on experience with multiple LOBs (e.g., Property, Workers Compensation, Auto). Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders. Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define and implement enterprise solutions Develop detailed documentation, including user stories and functional specifications.
