Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager with a background in Chick-fil-A operations and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate is driven by excellence, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads with care, clarity, and consistency. You will be responsible for ensuring high operational standards while cultivating a winning culture for both team members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Uphold and model Chick-fil-A’s high standards in food quality, speed of service, and hospitality
Coach and develop leaders and team members to deliver a remarkable guest experience
Monitor and manage labor, food cost, and inventory to meet financial goals
Oversee execution of systems, policies, and training procedures
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Resolve guest concerns with urgency and empathy
Ensure compliance with all food safety and operational policies
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of Chick-fil-A experience required
2+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service management
Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain high-performing teams
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
A passion for service and a heart for people
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
