We are looking for a

Head of Growth

to lead revenue growth across our e‑commerce business. This is a high‑impact role for someone who understands how to combine data, experimentation, customer behaviour, and commercial thinking to unlock performance across the full customer journey.

This role goes beyond traditional CRO. While conversion rate optimisation remains an important part of the job, the bigger focus is on identifying and driving growth opportunities across the store, offers, funnels, retention opportunities, and overall buying experience. You will work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams to turn insights into actions that grow revenue and improve customer value.

The Head of Growth will:

Take ownership of growth across a high‑performing DTC beauty brand

Work closely with leadership on high‑priority revenue and performance initiatives

Lead strategic experiments across the website, offers, funnels, and customer journey

Help unlock new opportunities across retention, conversion, and overall store performance

Play a key role in scaling a fast‑moving e‑commerce brand with strong global growth potential

Responsibilities

Own and drive growth strategy across the Shopify store and broader e‑commerce funnel

Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, average order value, customer lifetime value, and overall revenue performance

Build and prioritise a growth roadmap based on data, customer behaviour, and business needs

Develop structured hypotheses and translate them into high‑impact growth initiatives

Continuously look for new ways to unlock growth across offers, landing pages, bundles, upsells, and customer journey improvements

CRO & Site Performance

Lead conversion rate optimisation efforts across key parts of the store, including product pages, headlines, product copy, checkout, offers, add‑to‑cart flows, and page layouts

Plan, run, and analyse A/B tests using tools such as Intelligems

Improve store speed, user experience, and mobile shopping performance

Identify friction points in the buying journey and recommend improvements that drive measurable lift

Implement winning tests and continue iterating based on results and learnings

Cross‑Functional Leadership

Work closely with creative, marketing, retention, and Shopify teams to align on performance goals and priorities

Ensure growth initiatives are clearly communicated, properly executed, and tied to measurable outcomes

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve speed, alignment, and testing efficiency

Help connect insights across departments so that decisions are based on both performance data and customer behaviour

Analytics & Insights

Monitor key business and conversion metrics daily to spot opportunities and issues quickly

Use GA4, Shopify analytics, heatmaps, user recordings, and testing data to guide decision‑making

Analyse customer behaviour and funnel performance to identify where users drop off and why

Turn insights into clear action plans that support revenue growth and better customer experience

Keep a close eye on competitor activity, market trends, and emerging e‑commerce opportunities

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in growth, CRO, or e‑commerce optimisation for DTC brands

Proven experience improving revenue and conversion for Shopify stores

Strong understanding of e‑commerce growth strategy, UX/UI, and buyer psychology

Hands‑on experience running A/B tests and structured experimentation programmes

Experience optimising product pages, offers, checkout flows, bundles, landing pages, and site experience

Strong analytical ability with experience using GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, and Shopify data

Highly data‑driven, organised, and confident making decisions based on performance

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally

Comfortable owning projects independently and moving quickly in a fast‑paced environment

Previous experience working with

DTC e‑commerce brands

is strongly preferred

Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands

Experience with retention, post‑purchase upsells, and LTV optimisation

Experience working closely with paid media and creative teams to improve conversion across the funnel

Strong understanding of high‑converting e‑commerce design and offer strategy

Ability to analyse competitors and turn insights into actionable growth ideas
