Our
Rotational Analyst Program
gives you hands-on exposure to key areas of the business—helping you build a strong foundation in operations, analytics, and investment strategy.
What You’ll Gain Experience In:
Comprehensive introduction to Monarch’s systems, operations, and business model
On‑Site Property Experience (Up to 3 months – housing provided)
Live and work at one of our apartment communities
Gain real-world insight into property operations and resident experience
Learn financial reporting, budgeting, and core accounting processes
Corporate Services & Data Analysis
Use data to influence business decisions and drive performance
Analyze campaigns and help optimize marketing strategies
Partner with Asset Management teams on key initiatives and special projects
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in
finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Management , or related field
1–3 years of experience (internships included)
Strong skills in
Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Willingness to
relocate temporarily
for on-site rotation (housing provided)
A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for real estate
$60,000 – $65,000 annual salary
Performance-based raises (up to 5% annually)
Medical insurance starting at just $45/month (Blue Cross)
Vision coverage + additional voluntary benefits

Sabbatical program
Fully furnished apartment, rent free during your onsite rotation
