Position Overview We are currently hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our outreach and events team. Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional and friendly customer service to event attendees, donors, and community members
Educate the public about nonprofit missions, fundraising campaigns, and community initiatives

Support event staff with on‑site coordination and attendee engagement
Distribute promotional materials and provide accurate information to the public

Qualifications
No experience required – paid training provided
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
