Head of RGM We are seeking a Head of Revenue Growth Management for driving RGM analytics for pricing, assortment, promotion and trade, and for providing insights to support RGM strategy‑setting for Asia, Middle East and Africa.
This role will work with the Commercial functions on ad‑hoc requests (e.g., new customer VC, evaluating new promotion).
The opportunity where you will make an impact
Work on the AMEA Business Strategy as RGM is a key business driver
Lead core pricing, assortment analytics (e.g., brand ladders, pack price curves) and promotional analytics for key accounts and across channel archetypes
Analyze market trends and create associated reports for key brands and pack sizes
Analyze product volume, margin and competitive prices to provide recommendations
Provide fact base to assist in determining pricing guidelines on brand/pack/channel level
Run analytics to measure trade spend efficiency (e.g., incremental margin or growth per dollar invested in a given account) and make recommended changes
Build and update pricing & assortment guidelines
Develop promo event‑level guidelines and work with Sales to develop ROI‑informed promotional calendars/plans
Monitor pricing, assortment, promotion and trade execution (e.g., create summary reports & score cards) and participate in regular reviews
Monitor and provide consolidated view of competitor activities
Partner with Sales & Marketing to develop customer sell‑in stories when needed

What you will bring to GPN
10+ years experience within finance or commercial.
Broad multi‑channel experience preferably in established FMCG industry
Strong strategic mindset with deep understanding of commercial and financial drivers
Experience leading pricing, promotions, and trade investment strategies
Ability to analyze complex datasets and convert insights into actionable business plans
Strong leadership and influence skills to drive change across the organization, collaborate cross‑functionally and feed functions with market trends.
Results‑oriented approach focused on sustainable growth and profitability
Advanced writing and communication skills, and be able to interact and persuade individuals at senior levels, as well as actively participate in meetings and group discussions with individuals from other functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance)
Analytical skills – ability to follow detailed instructions to perform complicated financial analyses, as well as determine basic analyses required to support pricing decisions (e.g., structure the problem, collect data, identify issues and present results)
Computer skills – advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint is required
CA or MBA is an added bonus
Knowledge of SAP
