About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Property Management Consultant
to join our growing Property Management team across London.
You’ll manage a portfolio of around 120 properties, acting as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants. From move-in to deposit return, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, compliant, and high-quality experience throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of residential properties across London
Acting as the first point of contact for landlords and tenants
Handling maintenance issues from initial report through to resolution
Coordinating contractors and overseeing works
Conducting regular property visits and preparing detailed reports
Managing rent arrears and supporting financial processes
Advising clients on legislation and compliance requirements
Working closely with Lettings teams and supporting branch operations
Identifying opportunities to enhance service and generate additional revenue
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year’s experience in property management
Good understanding of UK property legislation (including Housing Act)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A proactive, problem-solving approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident using CRM and tenancy management systems
