Job Summary
OneDigital is hiring a
Client Manager
to partner with PEO Consultants in delivering excellence across client implementation, renewals, reporting, and overall service. This remote role offers a competitive salary of
$70,000–$75,000/year , plus health, dental, disability insurance, and paid time off.
The Client Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring accuracy in reporting and documentation, and supporting the implementation process with technology tools.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with consultants to manage client relationships
Oversee client reporting and deliverables
Establish and manage client communications, including calls, notes, and follow-up items
Manage new client and renewal implementation processes and timelines
Ensure accuracy of client-facing and internal documents
Provide client service within scope of expertise
Support consultants in delivering high-quality service and meeting client expectations
Candidate Requirements Essential Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Previous applicable work experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with insurance carrier websites
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Familiarity with database applications
Insurance license (required, can be obtained within 90 days of hire)
Compensation
Salary:
$70,000–$75,000/year
(based on experience, education, and location)
Eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus
