Tasks
Provide pre-sales support for outside sales representatives through customer interaction, scheduling, and follow-up.
Fulfill RFQs and RFPs from government and private hospitals and clinics. Proactively assist the sales process by engaging with prospective customers regarding their budgets and equipment acquisition timelines.
Document and track customer interactions, and record opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of two years of experience in account management or inside sales; contracting experience is a plus.
Proficiency in interpreting and completing often complex customer requirement documentation and returning it in a timely manner.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to professionally guide buyers through the purchasing process, which can sometimes take 12 months or more.
Self-motivated with a desire to work with a small team in a startup environment.
