for Palitel Wireless, you’ll build strong relationships with customers and create a great in-store experience. You’ll identify customer needs and recommend the best wireless solutions. You’ll demonstrate phones, plans, and services with confidence, close sales, and achieve personal and team sales goals. You’ll generate opportunities through referrals and customer engagement, deliver exceptional customer service that turns customers into loyal fans, stay knowledgeable on new devices and promotions, and work with your team to outperform sales targets. No previous wireless experience? No problem. If you bring energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn, we’ll train you to succeed. We have great training! · Experienced with Metro by T-Mobile or T-Mobile is a strong plus. · Strong communication and relationship-building skills, a positive attitude, and a competitive mindset. · An Interest in mobile technology is helpful. · Bilingual Spanish and English are strongly preferred. · Extremely comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and focused on delivering great customer service. · Reliable transportation is critical. At times, you may work between different store locations.
