Lead Pipeyard Representative

**Job Purpose** Regularly performs Warehouse & Pipeyard associate duties, may specialize in designated areas or functions, and provides support and direction to regular and temporary warehouse associates. Works closely with branch leadership to ensure productivity and safety expectations are met.**Responsibilities** Individual must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodationInspect material for quality requirements. Stock and transfer material, tools, and equipment to the appropriate shelf, bin, rack, or pipe bundle by a predetermined sequence, including bind location, size, type, style, and length.Assist Pipeyard/Warehouse Manager/Supervisor in delegating daily duties and assignments to warehouse personnel.Lead and direct Pipeyard/Warehouse Associates in work duties when needed.Establish working rapport with local management, corporate employees, and other branch personnel using proper phone etiquette and other effective interpersonal skills. **Qualifications** Any combination of requirements that provide the knowledge & abilities necessary to perform Essential Duties & Responsibilities will be considered High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree). One (1) year of experience in a pipeyard and/or warehouse environment.Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with leadership qualities. **Additional Qualifications** Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status.
