About Us: We are a fast-growing group of companies spanning fitness, home services, and local service businesses. Our brands include multiple Club Pilates studios (VFit Group), VeriTech Plumbing, and *** Air Conditioning.

We are building a strong, modern marketing presence across all brands and are looking for someone who can take ownership of content, social media, and local marketing execution in the field.

Position Overview: This is not a desk-only role. We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and organized individual who will manage social media, create content, and execute grassroots marketing across multiple locations.

You will be responsible for bringing each brand to life through consistent content, in-person engagement, and local marketing initiatives across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage social media content across all brands (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Film, edit, and publish high-quality photo and video content regularly

Produce both short‑form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long‑form YouTube content

Travel to multiple locations (Club Pilates studios, plumbing, HVAC operations) to capture real‑time content

Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms

Coordinate and execute grassroots marketing efforts (events, partnerships, local outreach)

Work with leadership to plan and execute marketing campaigns

Monitor engagement, analytics, and growth across platforms (including YouTube performance)

Help maintain brand consistency across all companies

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Consistent content output across all brands (daily/weekly posting targets)

Growth in followers and subscribers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Engagement rates (views, likes, comments, shares, watch time, retention)

Lead generation and conversions driven from social media and marketing efforts

Increase in brand awareness and local visibility across all markets

Successful execution of local events and grassroots campaigns

YouTube channel growth (subscribers, watch time, video performance)

Overall contribution to revenue growth through marketing initiatives

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation

Strong video editing and content production skills (short‑form and long‑form)

Experience with or understanding of YouTube content strategy (thumbnails, titles, retention, etc.)

Comfortable being in the field daily (not a remote role)

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across OC & LA County

Highly organized and self‑driven

Strong understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms

Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with fitness, service businesses, or multi‑location brands

Experience running local events or grassroots marketing campaigns

Experience growing or managing a YouTube channel

Basic understanding of paid ads and digital marketing strategy
