Overview
General Overview
Daily Golf Operations (Busy Daily Fee Course)
Manage tee sheet (bookings, walk-ins, pace of play)
Check in golfers
Organize cart assignments and staging
Coordinate with starters and marshals to keep play moving
Customer Service
Greet guests and ensure a welcoming experience
Resolve issues (slow play, tee time conflicts, complaints)
Provide course info, rules, and local knowledge
Build relationships with regular players
Pro Shop & Retail
Sell merchandise (clubs, apparel, balls, accessories)
Process transactions (POS systems)
Instruction & Player Development
Give individual or group lessons – Trackman Studio available
Course & Staff Coordination
Communicate with maintenance crew on course conditions
Supervise outside staff
Help train seasonal employees
Skills & Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic business/retail skills
PGA Associate status or working toward PGA membership (often preferred)
Work Environment
Expected to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays especially in peak season
Mostly on your feet, indoors (shop) and outdoors (course)
Fast-paced, busy public course with high daily rounds
We are looking for another team player to work in a fun environment. Individuals that work well with others and enjoy being around golf will look forward to coming to work on a daily basis.
Experience Required Golf Course Experience is preferred but not necessarily a requirement.
