YOUR FUTURE ROLE SAP is accelerating

Cloud ERP adoption across the Corporate segment , helping mid-market and upper mid-market organizations modernize their business processes and transition to SAP’s cloud portfolio.

As

Director of Digital Architecture Advisory , you will build and lead a team of Digital Architecture Advisors responsible for helping customers translate business strategy into

scalable, future-ready cloud architectures

based on SAP Cloud ERP and the SAP Business Suite portfolio.

Operating within the

Digital Hub , the Digital Architecture Advisory team provides architectural guidance at scale. The team assesses customer landscapes, defines transformation roadmaps, and develops reference architectures that accelerate customer decision making and enable repeatable success across a large customer base.

In this role, you will combine

people leadership, architecture strategy, and ecosystem enablement . You will shape the evolution of the Digital Architecture Advisory capability by developing scalable engagement models, building reusable architecture assets, and enabling partners to independently lead architecture discussions.

By building a high-performing team and scalable architecture frameworks, you will play a critical role in accelerating SAP’s Cloud ERP growth across the Corporate segment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and Lead a High-Performing Team Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Digital Architecture Advisors focused on the Corporate segment

Foster a high-engagement culture that emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth

Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities that enable team members to expand their architecture expertise and customer impact

Define and institutionalize repeatable architecture engagement models that support scalable customer interactions

Develop reference architectures, frameworks, and reusable assets that accelerate Cloud ERP transformation discussions

Continuously evolve the Digital Architecture Advisory approach to maximize impact across the Corporate segment

Enable the Partner Ecosystem Work closely with SAP partners to enable partner-led architecture engagements

Provide architectural guidance and best practices that increase partner autonomy and improve solution design quality

Collaborate with partner teams to scale architecture capabilities across the ecosystem

Drive Business Impact You and your team will lead efforts to identify and prioritize DAA engagements with the highest impact, in close alignment with Corporate Sales priorities. Your team will consult with C-level, VP and Director level executives to define their future Enterprise AI and cloud strategy, creating supporting artifacts and architectures, and ultimately develop and articulate the case for change.

Support pipeline advancement by managing and monitoring the implementation of value strategies, objectives, and scalable governance models to achieve targeted revenue, margin, and market share goals.

Focus on building and maintaining strategic partnerships with sales, solution advisory, and partner teams to deliver consistent, high-value customer engagements.

YOUR PROFILE 10+ years of experience in architecture, presales, consulting, or enterprise transformation roles

Leadership experience managing or mentoring architecture, advisory, or presales teams

Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and enterprise technology landscapes including experience with SAP Solution Architecture and Cloud Architecture Development, or working with companies such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform & Microsoft Azure

Experience working with customers to define transformation roadmaps and architectural strategies

Ability to translate complex business and technology landscapes into clear, actionable architectural guidance

Demonstrated experience developing scalable services, frameworks, or advisory engagement models

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Digital Architecture Advisory team

operates within the

Digital Hub for the Americas Corporate organization .

The team’s mission is to accelerate SAP Cloud ERP adoption by helping customers define scalable transformation architectures while enabling partners to independently lead architecture discussions.

By combining architectural insight with repeatable engagement models, digital assets, and partner enablement, the team acts as a

multiplier , delivering architecture guidance that scales across customers, partners, and internal teams.

Compensation Range Transparency

: SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step towards demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 194100 - 411600 (USD)USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
