Job Duties
Manage correspondence between sales team, other AOI departments, and customer regarding order logistics
Support for various key customer accounts by providing general logistical information, weekly tracking reports, answering customer requests, etc.
Communicate necessary SAP revisions to the order entry team; ensure orders are entered correctly in SAP
Purchase order review and approval in SAP
Providing data and reports to management and sales teams
Assist the sales department with sales reporting and market trend analysis to help create and track important market KPIs
Pull and update information from customer portals
Maintain and update customer order database on a daily basis
Maintains customer master, part number master, and price master in SAP
Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field is required.
Experience:
3-5 years minimum job experience
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Very detail-oriented and organized
Conversational Mandarin Chinese highly preferred
Must have excellent communication skills verbally and written
Previous experience with ERP system a plus
Customer Service experience is a plus
Ability to maintain a positive relationship with team members and customers
Location This position will be on-site at our Headquarters based in Sugar Land, Texas. Our working hours for this position are 9am - 6pm CT, Monday through Friday.
