Job Duties
- Manage correspondence between sales team, other AOI departments, and customer regarding order logistics
- Support for various key customer accounts by providing general logistical information, weekly tracking reports, answering customer requests, etc.
- Communicate necessary SAP revisions to the order entry team; ensure orders are entered correctly in SAP
- Purchase order review and approval in SAP
- Providing data and reports to management and sales teams
- Assist the sales department with sales reporting and market trend analysis to help create and track important market KPIs
- Pull and update information from customer portals
- Maintain and update customer order database on a daily basis
- Maintains customer master, part number master, and price master in SAP
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field is required.
Experience:
- 3-5 years minimum job experience
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Very detail-oriented and organized
- Conversational Mandarin Chinese highly preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills verbally and written
- Previous experience with ERP system a plus
- Customer Service experience is a plus
- Ability to maintain a positive relationship with team members and customers
Location
This position will be on-site at our Headquarters based in Sugar Land, Texas. Our working hours for this position are 9am - 6pm CT, Monday through Friday.
