St. Bernadette Catholic School is seeking a warm, organized, and mission-driven individual to serve as our Director of Enrollment & Family Engagement. This full-time role works closely with school leadership to welcome new families, support current families, and grow our vibrant school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for prospective families Schedule and lead school tours Manage applications, enrollment, and re-enrollment Coordinate transfer of student records Plan and lead Open Houses and recruitment events Build relationships with local preschools and community partners Assist families with EdChoice, Jon Peterson, and tuition setup Support billing processes and FACTS SIS Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and comfortable with technology Experience in admissions, customer service, or school settings preferred Passion for Catholic education and community building Ability to complete BCI & FBI background checks and Virtus (Protecting God’s Children) training Full-time, 12-month position Salary commensurate with experience Summer focus includes enrolling new families and preparing for the upcoming school year Please apply for this position at the bottom of the page. #J-18808-Ljbffr
