St. Bernadette Catholic School is seeking a warm, organized, and mission-driven individual to serve as our Director of Enrollment & Family Engagement. This full-time role works closely with school leadership to welcome new families, support current families, and grow our vibrant school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective families
- Schedule and lead school tours
- Manage applications, enrollment, and re-enrollment
- Coordinate transfer of student records
- Plan and lead Open Houses and recruitment events
- Build relationships with local preschools and community partners
- Assist families with EdChoice, Jon Peterson, and tuition setup
- Support billing processes and FACTS SIS
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with technology
- Experience in admissions, customer service, or school settings preferred
- Passion for Catholic education and community building
- Ability to complete BCI & FBI background checks and Virtus (Protecting God’s Children) training
- Full-time, 12-month position
- Salary commensurate with experience
- Summer focus includes enrolling new families and preparing for the upcoming school year
