Job Description
Brown Motors in Petoskey is looking for a dependable Automotive Parts Advisor to join our service and parts team.
Brown Motors has served Northern Michigan since 1898 and continues to grow. Our dealership operates one of the largest service facilities in the region with more than 40 service bays, including a growing heavy duty and commercial service center. Our parts department plays a key role in keeping technicians productive and customers taken care of.
This position supports both our service technicians and our retail customers by identifying, sourcing, and delivering the correct parts quickly and accurately. The right candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast paced dealership environment.
Dealership parts experience is strongly valued.

Requirements Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced dealership environment A team first attitude and willingness to support technicians and service advisors Strong communication skills with both customers and coworkers Dependable, consistent work ethic Previous automotive parts or dealership experience is preferred but not required Basic understanding of automotive systems and parts is helpful Ability to lift and move parts when needed Comfortable using computer systems for parts lookup and inventory Strong customer service skills
