We are hiring
Call Center Customer Service Representatives
to work in a large transportation department. The assignment is working with Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) in Hartford, CT.
Hours
PM SHIFT 12:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Mandatory Overtime, as required during peak periods
Pay Rate : $17.25 per hour
Position Requirements
1 year Call Center Customer Service Experience
1 year Office Experience
Heavy Call Volume (Inbound & Outbound)
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work individually and in a team environment
Ability to work mandatory overtime
Satisfactory background results required
Duties Include
Serve as customer service representative to parents and school districts with transportation needs
Process transportation change requests and complaints from parents and schools
Work as a liaison between parents, schools and transportation providers
Resolve logistical issues to ensure safe and timely transportation
Maintain records for the transportation department including: student roster, route sheets, transportation changes, alternate schedules, accident reports, database, etc.
Assist Choice (K-3) students when their parents fail to meet them at the bus stop
Assist director of Transportation and Transportation Manager as neededAtt ???
Adherence to all school, district, state and Board of Education regulations, law and policies pertaining to duties, conduct, confidentiality, security and ethics.
