Drive new business in logistics, warehousing, transportation, and commercial relocation services.
Build and manage a logistics sales team, including recruiting, training, and performance management.
Develop a personal portfolio of high-value logistics clients across key verticals.
Utilize internal tools and resources to support pipeline growth and client retention.
Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to exceed business objectives.
Manage the preparation and presentation of RFPs, ensuring proposals are tailored and competitive.
Monitor market trends to ensure the company’s offerings remain innovative and relevant.
Collaborate with marketing partners to support demand generation and brand visibility.
Set and review pricing strategies in alignment with revenue and margin targets.
Provide detailed reporting and performance insights to the executive leadership team.
Travel as necessary to support sales efforts and client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of sales leadership experience within logistics, relocation, or commercial moving.
Proven success building and managing top-performing sales teams.
Deep understanding of the logistics market and established industry network.
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and business development skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and strong Excel/data analysis capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or related fields.
