
Social Strategist

We’re looking for a performance-driven social media professional with a strong background in paid media to support campaign execution across platforms, while also supporting organic social efforts. This role will primarily focus on driving reach, traffic, and top-of-funnel growth through paid campaigns, with additional support on content and community management.
Core Responsibilities
Support execution and day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
Assist with campaign setup, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and ad trafficking
Monitor campaign performance and pacing, flagging optimization opportunities to the team
Pull, organize, and maintain performance data for reporting and campaign recaps
Assist with copy audits and provide recommendations to improve ad performance
Support creative testing by organizing assets and tracking performance across variations
Help manage timelines, asset delivery, and cross-functional coordination for campaigns Assist with additional paid media initiatives as needed
Support content creation and planning, including content calendars and ideation
Assist in drafting social copy and coordinating creative assets
Schedule and publish content across platforms
Manage community engagement, including responding to comments and messages
Monitor trends and social conversations to inform content opportunities
Track basic performance metrics and share insights with the team
Assist with additional organic social tasks, as needed
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience across paid and organic social media
Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
Experience supporting organic social, including content planning, scheduling, and community management
Strong understanding of platform best practices for both paid and organic performance
Comfortable working with data and pulling basic performance reports
Strong written communication skills, especially for social copy
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong collaboration skills and eagerness to learn and grow in both paid and organic social
