That’s RIVA.

We’re a mission-driven IT services company and systems integrator supporting digital transformation and modernization for Federal government agencies. Since 2009, we’ve partnered with our customers to solve complex challenges through smart, practical innovation to deliver real outcomes where they matter most. Our teams are made up of industry-leading experts who are passionate about doing great work and making a difference. We don’t just develop solutions—we support efforts that strengthen communities and serve the public good.

Program Overview RIVA Solutions is a federal government services firm delivering mission‑critical technology, digital modernization, cybersecurity, and operations support across FedCivilian and FedHealth agencies. Our growth strategy focuses on expanding strategic agency partnerships, identifying high‑value contract opportunities, and executing disciplined capture and proposal efforts aligned with customer mission needs.

The Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving pipeline development, supporting capture activities, and strengthening RIVA’s presence across the federal civilian marketplace.

Position Overview RIVA Solutions is seeking a motivated and hands‑on Business Development Associate to support federal growth initiatives across FedCivilian and FedHealth agencies.

Success in this role requires initiative, strategic thinking, persistence, and a willingness to take ownership of opportunity development.
