We are currently looking for a
Chat Customer Support Representative
to join our dynamic team! You will be the voice behind the chat, assisting AT&T customers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive top‑notch assistance in a timely manner.
Your Role Will Include:
Responding to customer inquiries via chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Resolving issues and providing information about AT&T products and services.
Handling customer complaints and questions effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
Maintaining a positive attitude while managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
Documenting conversations and ensuring follow‑up where necessary.
Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and clear tone.
Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in chat support, is a plus.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to handle high volumes of chat interactions efficiently.
Familiarity with AT&T products and services is advantageous.
Proficiency with computers and chat support software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
The
WEEKLY COMISSION
will be paid based on performance, you receive can an additional $1, $2, or $3 an hour.
Monthly COMISSION
- To qualify for the monthly commission,
YOU MUST WORK 150 HOURS AND 7 DAY FUNCTION RESOLVE 91% OR HIGHER.
Full-Time Hours : 40 hours per week schedule, with overtime opportunities!
