How You’ll Make An Impact
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day management services for a portfolio of homeowner associations. This is a salaried hybrid position with benefits and is based on experience: $80,000 - $95,000/year.
Provide leadership and consulting to clients on management and oversight of their community
Provide exceptional customer service to owners in assigned communities
Communicate with Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners within the communities
Conduct inspections on work done by 3rd party vendors and to enforce the rules and regulations of the community
Attend evening board meetings and write minutes of each meeting
Manage 3rd party vendors
Limited project management responsibilities
Writing letters and newsletters
Create and maintain budgets
Review financial information as prepared by the internal accounting departments
Driving to local HOA locations
Requirements
What You Bring
Three years experience in HOA management or residential property management
High School diploma or GED
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time management and computer skills
Adept at managing strong personalities, responsive to client needs and ability to run efficient meetings
Must have strong customer service skills and a pleasant and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and work independently
Candidate must be professional, confident and service-drivenMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to commute to HOAs as needed.
CAI and/or CACM Certification(s) a plus
