Exciting opportunity at Granite Hills Hospital, which offers high-quality, patient‑centered behavioral health care for the greater Milwaukee community. Our 120‑bed facility provides evidence‑based treatment for adolescents and adults.

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Business Development to join our team.

Responsibilities

The Director of Business Development, as an essential member of the senior management team, is responsible for directing business development efforts. This position designs, develops, and implements strategic goals, policies, and procedures and oversees the Business Development Department. The role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting current market data and proposing business development plans.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a clinically related field required. Master of Business Administration or advanced degree in a clinically related field highly preferred.

Experience: Prior marketing or business development experience within a behavioral healthcare setting highly preferred. Five years minimum experience in organizational communications and partner relationships required.

Licensure/Certification: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

Knowledge: Milwaukee behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, referral sources, and familiarity with mental health and substance use services preferred.
