Summary We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Partner for a long-term opportunity with real growth potential.

What You’ll Do

Work with buyer and seller opportunities as assigned

Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication

Guide clients through the home search and sales process

Stay organized inside our systems and workflows

Build toward long-term production and career growth

What We’re Looking For

Active real estate license or currently pursuing one, if applicable

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

High accountability and follow-through

Responsibilities

Complete the PLACE Launch training program

Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis

Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties

Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations

Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

Host a minimum of two open houses each month

Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointmentsEngage in weekly script practice sessions following team guidelines

Actively participate in team meetings and events as required

Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls

Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and effectively market properties

Provide expert advice on pricing strategies, home staging, and other listing-related services

Qualifications

Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge

Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutionsProficient in prospecting and generating leads

Naturally adept at handling objections

Effective communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service

Collaborative team member

Licensed real estate agent

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales

Exceptional written and oral communication abilities

Committed to continuous learning and personal growth

Highly organized

Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques

Strong time management capabilities
