Summary
This position for the Defense Information Systems Agency is at Scott AFB, Illinois.
Responsibilities
Review and validate Delivery Ticket Invoices (DTI) to ensure they align with the contractual documentation.
Review and validate IDEAS new starts to ensure they match the contractual documentation.
Assist with reviewing and clearing aged accounts payable balances.
Review WAWF invoices and ensure timely acceptance by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Review various reports to ensure proper reporting within the accounting system.
Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
Job is national security and may require access to classified information; requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.
Registered for Selective Service (males born after 12-31-1959).

Obtain/Maintain Financial Management Certification.
Must be able to obtain/maintain security clearance.
Qualifications Salary ranges by grade:
GS‑07 $51,740 – $67,264
GS‑09 $63,288 – $82,279
Specialized Experience
GS‑07: At least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS‑05 grade. Experience reviewing contractual documents, including vendor invoices, to ensure they meet applicable laws and regulations.
GS‑09: At least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS‑07 grade. Experience reviewing contractual documents, including vendor invoices, to ensure they meet applicable laws and regulations; or experience reviewing or interpreting financial management data.
Additionally, qualified applicants must possess relevant competencies and education as outlined below.
Education
GS‑07: One full year of graduate‑level education or superior academic achievement.
GS‑09: A master’s degree or equivalent graduate degree or two full years of progressively higher‑level graduate education leading to such a degree.

Additional Information
A one‑year probationary period may be required.
Management has the prerogative to select at either grade level.
