Commercial Lines Account Manager
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a large book of business, with a focus on commercial lines accounts, particularly in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and a supportive, employee‑focused environment.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Work Schedule: Hybrid model (2 days from home one week, 3 days the following week) and half‑days every other Friday
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, with a focus on construction‑related clients (e.g., homebuilders, risk transfers, construction additional insureds)
Handle daily tasks such as processing renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, client questions, claims submissions, and certificates of insurance
Collaborate with producers on renewal marketing efforts
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in AMS360 software
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications / Requirements
Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with handling accounts in the construction sector, including risk transfers and additional insureds
Skills:
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
