Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid Seeking a dedicated and experienced

Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience)

Incentives: Annual discretionary bonus and commissions on new business

Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule

Responsibilities

Provide full‑service account management for a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and contractors.

Manage accounts ranging from $100,000 to $700,000 in size, with an average book of $5 million.

Handle all aspects of servicing accounts, including quoting new and renewal business (80% new, 20% renewal).

Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs.

Qualifications / Requirements

Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management within an independent agency setting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with generalist accounts, including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and contractors.

Work Ethic: Ability to manage accounts independently, with a proactive and detail‑oriented approach.
