This role is pivotal in driving candidate generation strategies in collaboration with clients and recruiting peers. Responsibilities Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies while managing expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.

Recruit passive candidates and assess their chemistry for fit and motivation beyond just the role.

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Conduct in-depth interviews, anticipating hiring manager preferences for high interview-to-offer ratios.

Screen and interview candidates to prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.

3-5 years of corporate staffing experience

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
