Job Title: Recruiter 1 (GTM) Job Description We are seeking an experienced contract Sourcing Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts for Go To Market functions. The role involves partnering with hiring teams to devise effective sourcing strategies, proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates through market research and relationship management, and conducting in-depth interviews to assess alignment with Leadership Principles. The ideal candidate will possess corporate or search firm recruiting experience with mid level talent, strong networking abilities, and a consultative approach to deliver high-quality candidate slates. Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary, as well as the ability to execute full-cycle recruiting strategies, including employer promotion and diversity sourcing. A commitment to continuous improvement and cost-effective sourcing approaches is essential. The candidate should be adept at profiling candidates for cultural fit and motivation, recommending innovative recruitment strategies, and collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing strategies.

Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through market research.

Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit against Leadership Principles.

Execute full-cycle recruiting strategy including employer promotion and diversity sourcing.

Manage cost-effective sourcing approaches.

Profile candidates for cultural fit and motivation.

Recommend innovative recruitment strategies.

Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Essential Skills

1-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition.

1-2 years of experience in Boolean Sourcing.

2-4 years of experience in business communications.

2-4 years of experience in candidate sourcing.

2-4 years of clear communication skills.

2-4 years of experience in corporate recruiting.

Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Boolean experience.

Reporting experience.

Writing communication experience.

Go to market experience.

Experience in filling sales roles.

Corporate experience.

Work Environment The role involves working Monday through Friday, with no holidays. The position consists of 60% sourcing and passive sourcing with a requisition load of 12-15, 30% candidate preparation, and 10% administrative tasks. Daily team meetings are held, and the team is tenured, helpful, and highly collaborative.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00/hr.
