Founded by two former senior producers at the largest executive search firm in Florida, we set out to build something different - a high‑touch, relationship‑first firm that treats both clients and candidates the way they deserve to be treated. The Role We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of full‑cycle search execution across our existing client base. This isn’t an entry‑level role and it isn’t a support role - you’ll be running your own searches, building your own candidate relationships, and contributing to business development from day one.
You’ll be embedded in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment where you’ll have real autonomy, direct access to leadership, and a clear path to grow your practice.
What You’ll Do
Execute full‑cycle retained and contingency searches
Source, screen, and present candidates to clients with a high standard of quality and professionalism
Build and maintain deep candidate pipelines within our core verticals
Partner with Ross and Brett on client management, business development, and search strategy
Contribute to the firm’s culture, brand, and reputation
What We’re Looking For
5–15 years of recruiting experience
A proven track record of closing searches and managing client relationships
Strong communication skills
Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable operating without hand‑holding
South Florida‑based or willing to relocate - we are in‑office 3x/week in Boca Raton
Experience at a search firm, staffing agency, or in‑house talent function with search responsibility
