Real Estate Agent

This is a hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Lakeway, TX, which allows work-from-home arrangements. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include marketing properties, preparing and submitting purchase offers, coordinating property closings, and maintaining updated listings of available properties. The role also involves advising clients about market conditions, conducting property showings, and building strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Possession of a Real Estate License or working towards obtaining license.

Strong Sales and Customer Service skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
