Role Description: We’re looking for a driven Real Estate Agent/Intern or team to join our offices in Washington and or Oregon. This is a hybrid role with remote flexibility — a hands-on launchpad for agents in their first 1–2 years who want to grow fast, learn from real deals, and get put in front of meaningful work from day one. You’ll assist with our company leads, lead gen, proven sales techniques, property market research, client support, listing creation, and social media marketing — with real mentorship and a front-row seat to how AI is reshaping how real estate gets done. What you will learn: *Conduct property market research and analyze real estate trends across the Portland/Vancouver metro *Create and manage property listings using AI-assisted tools *Coordinate client showings and support the sales process end-to-end *Build and execute social media strategies using geo-mapping and AI-driven insights *Collaborate on larger AI, customer research, and hospitality projects with direct career growth potential *Use and learn CRM, market tracking, and organizational tools — multitasking under real deadlines What We’re Looking For *Active Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent license (WA preferred; OR accepted) *0–2 years in the business — early-career agents who are hungry to level up C*omfort with or curiosity about AI tools for customer service, marketing, and research *Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality — you know how to read a room *Strong social media instincts and interest in digital marketing strategy *In-person communication skills that actually make clients feel heard *A proactive, self-starter mindset — you can run independently and collaborate when it counts *Organizational discipline and sharp attention to detail (if you don’t make your bed, this probably isn’t your scene) *Background check required *Laptop required Bonus points if you have: Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies Familiarity with geo-mapping or AI applications Watched Top Gun, Top Gun: Maverick, and The Karate Kid — Why Knipe Realty: No franchise fees
