Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview We are looking for a recruiter to help find and hire great talent. This role works closely with hiring managers and handles the full hiring process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Manage the full hiring process (posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and offers)

Work with hiring managers to understand what they need

Find candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sources

Review resumes and interview candidates

Schedule interviews and keep the process organized

Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles

Track candidate activity in the system

Attend job fairs or hiring events when needed

Help improve recruiting processes and ideas

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred (or relevant experience)

1-3 years of recruiting or staffing experience

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Skills

Strong communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Able to manage multiple roles at once

Comfortable working independently

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruiting systems

Work Environment

Office-based role

May attend occasional hiring events

Light lifting up to 20 lbs if needed
