Architectural Designer
As an Architectural Designer, you will engage in critical thinking by identifying conflicts, risks, and opportunities in design and documentation. You will contribute to the quality and clarity of project documents at all phases, collaborating closely with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and consultants to support coordinated solutions. You will produce design and construction documents in Revit with precision and attention to detail, assist with design development through site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and basic material selections, and review drawings for coordination issues, bringing any questions or concerns forward early. Additionally, you will support redline incorporation and document revisions with care and consistency, participate in internal coordination meetings and consultant discussions as needed, and research materials, products, and design precedents to support design decisions and standards.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
High proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
Experience in conceptual and schematic design.
Experience in multifamily, midrise hospitality, affordable housing, or commercial architecture.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
Minimum of 3 years of U.S. architectural project experience.
Possess a strong design portfolio.
Good tenure in previous roles.
Confident, proactive, go-getter attitude with problem-solving skills.
Mid-rise hospitality project experience.
Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work environment, with three days in the office and two days remote after the first 90 days of in-office work. The role requires a 40-hour work week and is salary exempt. There is a promising opportunity for leadership and business development within the office. The work environment fosters mentorship and coaching, ideal for those seeking to remain on the design side rather than moving into technical work.
Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
