maintaining and enhancing properties ranging from large HOAs and retail centers to corporate office
parks.
Our mission is simple: keep Central Florida & Tampa, FL properties professionally maintained, visually strong, and
environmentally responsible using Florida BMP best practices.
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Developer to drive growth by securing long-term
commercial landscape maintenance contracts and building lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do
Generate new business in commercial landscape maintenance and enhancements Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Target Property Managers, HOA Boards, Developers, and Facility Directors Conduct site inspections and identify enhancement opportunities Prepare and present competitive, profitable proposals Represent the company at industry and association events Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project transitions Maintain long-term client relationships and identify expansion opportunities
What You Bring
3+ years commercial landscaping experience (Florida BMP knowledge preferred) Proven B2B sales success and ability to close service contracts Confidence approaching commercial properties and presenting solutions Strong knowledge of the Orlando and Tampa commercial property markets Experience with CRM tools, landscape measurement software, and Al Professional presence with strong communication and presentation skills Self-starter who can manage territory and time effectively
