About MS Shift

The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while helping scale people processes across a fast‑growing global organization. This role requires a hands‑on professional who can manage employee relations, HR compliance, recruitment support, and performance processes.
Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Administration
Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions)
Maintain accurate HR records and employee data (HRIS systems)
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
Support conflict resolution and workplace investigations
Promote a positive, high-performance culture
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and retention programs
Recruitment & Talent Support
Support hiring processes (job postings, screening, coordination)
Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Performance Management & HR Programs
Assist with performance review cycles and KPI tracking
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
Help develop training and development initiatives
Compliance & Policies
Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Maintain employee handbook and internal HR policies
Support audits and internal HR reporting
KPIs & Success Metrics
Time-to-hire and hiring efficiency
Employee retention rate
Employee satisfaction / engagement scores
Onboarding completion & effectiveness
HR ticket response time (SLA adherence)
Compliance accuracy (zero violations / audit readiness)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–6 years of HR Generalist experience (SaaS or tech preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Experience with HRIS systems and payroll coordination
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast‑growing startup or SaaS company
SHRM‑CP / PHR certification
Experience supporting global or multi‑location teams
