Human Resources Administrator
On-site Columbus, OH Position Overview The Human Resources Administrator supports day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient execution of core functions including onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and employee support. This role is critical in maintaining organized HR processes and delivering a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Administration Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Process new hires, terminations, and employee status changes Support payroll coordination Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and system setup Manage offboarding processes, including exit documentation and system access removal Ensure a seamless and professional employee transition experience Employee Support Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries Assist with employee relations documentation and issue tracking Support internal communications and HR initiatives Compliance & Reporting Maintain HR documentation in compliance with legal and company standards Prepare HR reports, audits, and data tracking as needed Support policy updates and implementation Qualifications 25 years of experience in HR administration or coordination Working knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance Experience with HRIS and ATS systems Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong communication and administrative skills Key Competencies Organization and attention to detail Time management and prioritization Confidentiality and professionalism Process orientation and accuracy Communication and responsiveness Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in a fast-paced or multi-site environment Exposure to benefits administration and payroll processes
