Role Description As a Construction Superintendent at RUBICON Construction & Engineering, you will oversee daily operations on the construction site. Your responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards. You will monitor budgets, resolve issues promptly, and ensure projects are progressing according to plan. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mount Juliet, TN, requiring effective collaboration and oversight of all construction activities.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and promoting Construction Safety protocols.
Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, tracking milestones, and meeting deadlines.
Strong Organization Skills with the ability to document, coordinate, and manage multiple activities efficiently.
Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation to ensure project financial success.
Strong communication and leadership skills to direct teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
Experience with construction-related software and technologies is a plus.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is highly valued.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required, depending on work experience.
