The
Product Owner, Personalization Strategy
will lead the charge in crafting and enhancing personalized experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will own the product vision for onsite personalization, leveraging Adobe Target and orchestrating lifecycle experiences that effectively connect with our audiences. In this critical role, you will ensure that personalization is systematically designed and strategically deployed to maximize user impact across all digital touchpoints. As a key member of our Agile Scrum team, you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align our roadmap with the company’s strategic goals. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate Agile sprint ceremonies, product demonstrations, and release planning. Promote Agile best practices, fostering a continuous improvement mindset across the team. Communicate a clear product vision to team members and stakeholders. Work with cross-functional business and technical teams to manage the agile development lifecycle from concept to delivery. Translate business needs into comprehensive epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while maintaining a prioritized and groomed Product Backlog. Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Analytics, and Design to create data-driven, personalized digital experiences. Manage inter-team dependencies and liaise between the development team and business stakeholders. Continuously iterate on the product based on user insights, A/B testing, and analytics. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Advocate for the adoption of Adobe Target and its capabilities to enhance personalization on our platforms. Stay updated on the latest Martech trends to capitalize on new personalization opportunities. Ensure customer feedback is integrated into the product development process, representing the voice of the customer. Align product priorities with company objectives to ensure we deliver value effectively. THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2+ years as a product owner in an Agile environment. Experience in digital or eCommerce settings, with preferred expertise in Martech and Adobe Target. Familiarity using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePoint. Proven ability to facilitate Agile team activities, manage a backlog, and write compelling user stories. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in design, product, and technology. Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders and articulate complex concepts clearly. A strong problem solver with the capability to lead teams toward effective solutions. An experimental mindset that encourages innovation and learning from failure. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with Adobe Experience Platform or implementing personalization capabilities. Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data segmentation techniques. The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 - $125,000.00 / Year, with opportunities for additional compensation through the Company's bonus plan.
