THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
As the Senior Digital Merchandising Strategy Leader, you will play a critical role in defining our long-term vision for Personalization, On-Site Search, and Category Navigation across our website and app. You will lead a dedicated team focused on planning, merchandising, and refining strategies that meet guest needs and align with business goals. By collaborating with various departments, you will drive conversion and sales growth through effective category merchandising, navigation, and personalization efforts.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
Developing and executing a visionary strategy for Personalization, On-Site Search, and Category Navigation aligned with revenue and conversion targets.
Creating engaging on-site search and personalization experiences that surpass guest expectations and enhance interaction.
Establishing standards for navigation and category structures to boost product discoverability.
Setting performance metrics and KPIs to harness data and guest insights for ongoing improvement.
Leading and nurturing a high-performing team that fosters collaboration and accountability.
Collaborating with Product Managers to ensure merchandising strategies are aligned with product initiatives and business objectives.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Encouraging a culture of innovation and guest-centric problem-solving.
Staying informed on digital experience trends and competitor benchmarks to uncover growth opportunities.
Providing strategic guidance to ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
Translating complex data insights into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership.
Ensuring cohesive execution across teams by promoting alignment and stakeholder engagement.
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital merchandising, demonstrating a track record in managing on-site experiences.
5+ years in a leadership role focusing on building and mentoring effective teams.
Deep understanding of online shopping behaviors and digital merchandising best practices.
Experience with personalization and testing platforms, such as Adobe Target, is a plus.
Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills with a strong presence for effective stakeholder alignment.
Familiarity with CMS platforms and e-commerce analytics tools.
The pay range for this position is $119,300.00 - $150,000.00 per year, with potential for additional compensation through the Company's bonus plan. Actual pay will be determined based on factors including education, experience, and location. Full-time positions come with comprehensive benefits, including paid time off and health benefits.
