Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager – Insurance Advisors of St. Louis

Job Type: Full Time, Onsite

Location: St. Louis, MO (South City)

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually + commission

This position is approximately 75% account management for personal lines relationships and 25% sales, with internal leads being provided from our real estate and mortgage companies.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships

Write new business, service existing policies, and remarket/process renewals

Attend team meetings, client meetings, and occasional meetings with carriers

Maintain insurance license, industry, carrier, & product knowledge

Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant records in agency management and carrier systems

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant work experience

Availability to work in the office five days per week during business hours

Ability to utilize the phone, computer, software, and online systems necessary to perform essential duties

Physical demands include prolonged sitting, prolonged screen time, movement throughout the building, verbal and written communication

Cognitive demands include sustained concentration, multitasking
