Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage reviews
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
Process endorsements, certificates, and documentation accurately and efficiently
Support new business quoting and cross‑selling opportunities
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Active Personal Lines License or Property & Casualty (P&C) License (required)
Minimum of 1 year of insurance industry experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and perform in a high‑volume, fast‑paced office
Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Spanish‑speaking skills are a plus
