Aviation Area Sales Manager In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the aviation spare parts sector. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective aviation customers to maximize revenue and profitability

Understand customer procurement processes and identify key decision-makers

Build customized proposals and pricing solutions based on customer requirements and spanet conditions

Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds customer and company expectations

Provide responsive support to customers via phone and email while maintaining a strong customer experience

Collaborate with internal commercial teams to evaluate sales opportunities and refine strategies

Conduct spanet research to track competitor offerings and customer demand

Represent the organization at aviation industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows

Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and strategic outreach

Maintain a strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Aviation Management, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in multicultural and collaborative environments

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and aviation ERP or inventory systems

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Experience Requirements

Proven experience in Aircraft Spare Parts Sales or Aviation Component Sales

Experience building relationships with airline procurement teams, aviation operators, or MRO organizations

Experience working in a fast-paced aviation or aerospace environment

Ability to manage multiple priorities while analyzing and solving complex business challenges

Familiarity with narrowbody aircraft systems and components is strongly preferred
