Overview Nesco Resource has been engaged by a growing multi-site healthcare organization to identify a Sales Executive – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to drive new client acquisition across freestanding emergency rooms, urgent care groups, and physician practices.

This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare operators and physician groups, and selling revenue cycle management services including billing, coding, credentialing, AR management, and collections. This is a high-impact growth role focused on expanding RCM services to new healthcare facilities and provider groups.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with freestanding ERs, urgent care groups, physician practices, and healthcare organizations

Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Practice Administrators, and Revenue Cycle leaders

Prospect through cold outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals

Present RCM service offerings and develop customized solutions for clients

Analyze client revenue cycle performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Prepare proposals, pricing models, and service agreements

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution

Maintain and manage a sales pipeline and forecast new business revenue

Work closely with operations and implementation teams to onboard new clients

Represent the company at healthcare industry events and networking functions

Qualifications

3 years of business development or sales experience in the following:

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Medical Billing Services

Healthcare Services

Physician Services

Practice Management Services

Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle (billing, coding, AR, denials, collections)

Experience selling services to healthcare providers or healthcare organizations

Proven track record of developing new business and closing deals

Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills

Ability to work independently and build a territory

Based in Houston
