Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Washington, DC, for a Capital Market & Asset Management Associate. Responsibilities include analyzing potential investment opportunities, performing detailed underwriting and financial modeling, managing capital market operations, engaging in asset management activities, and supporting decision‑making for acquisitions and repositioning projects. The role also involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement strategic improvements and enhance property performance.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret market data and identify investment opportunities
Solid knowledge in finance and investments to support decision‑making and execution of strategies
Understanding of trading and financial services within the real estate investment domain
Proficiency with financial modeling, market research, and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus
Relevant experience in real estate investment, asset management, or capital markets is highly desirable
Detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
