Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent based in Houston, TX. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, conduct property showings, and provide personalized customer service.

As a member of the Houston Real Estate Team you will be trained one on one on how to obtain clients through open houses and circle prospecting and get to the point where you close 1-2 houses per month.

Responsibilities include negotiating sales contracts, building relationships with clients, and staying updated on market trends to guide clients in making informed decisions. The role also involves managing real estate transactions to ensure a seamless process for all parties involved.

Qualifications

Possession of an active Real Estate License is required

Have completed at least one sale transaction in the last 6 months

Experience in Customer Service and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships
