Strategic Relationship Manager - Credit Unions (Finance)
Equifax is seeking an experienced
Relationship Manager
to join our Financial Institutions vertical. In this role, you will be the strategic "quarterback," building deep, C-level relationships alongside a dedicated account team focused on Credit Unions. You will drive growth by understanding your clients' unique challenges and partnering with them to create and implement solutions that deliver tangible value and a clear return on investment. What you’ll do
Become a strategic partner
to your clients by deeply understanding their business KPIs, market challenges, and key initiatives. Lead the account strategy
by developing and executing a comprehensive plan that drives growth and retention for your portfolio. Quarterback the client relationship , serving as a primary point of contact and ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to solution delivery and ongoing satisfaction. Drive revenue growth
by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships across different departments within client organizations. Collaborate with internal teams
to share customer insights that help shape future product development and marketing strategies. Manage all aspects of the business relationship , including sales presentations, proposals, contract renewals, Quarterly Business Reviews and account forecasting to exceed revenue goals. Host and facilitate product trainings
for customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our solutions. Act as a trusted advisor , providing recommendations and implementing improvements to optimize how clients use Equifax solutions. What experience you need
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience 10+ years of related experience in Enterprise-level B2B sales, account, and/or relationship management roles with a focus on the financial services industry, preferably experience selling into large Credit Unions Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical customers Strong relationship and account management skills Ability to work effectively internally and externally with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills Strong computer and sales technology skills including G-Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Salesforce or other CRM/prospecting resources What could set you apart
Deep Financial Institution and Credit Union knowledge Exceptional organizational skills Ability to analyze data and market trends Demonstrated empathy and a team-oriented mindset Ability to navigate highly matrixes organizations Equifax is required by law to include a good‑faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $152,820.00 to $180,000.00. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program at approximately 43%. The application window is anticipated to close on Friday, April 3, 2026.
